Treatment progress has been slow and you believe that additional clinical information will be useful. Your agency provides access to computerized scoring and interpretation of the MMPI-2. You have some knowledge of the MMPI-2 from your Tests and Measurements Course in graduate school. You have your client complete the assessment and use the agency’s software for scoring and interpretation. The interpretative report indicates that your client scored very high on Scale 4 Psychopathy. The report indicates that the prognosis for treatment is poor and the there is a high risk for continued substance abuse. You report the results to your client’s probation officer and recommend that the client be referred for residential treatment. Scenario 2 A 4-year-old female has been referred to you by her biological mother. The parents are divorced and the father has sole custody but allows the child to visit her mother and grandparents in the summer. The mother has indicated to you that she is attempting to gain custody because her ex-husband is a “drunk and a womanizer.” The mother indicates that the child is frequently tearful, sad, is afraid to be alone, and has a nightmare that “someone is trying to get her.” After several sessions, the mother tells you that your client told her that her father “touched her in a bad way.” You ask the child about this but she denies anything has happened. You continue to have concerns and administer the House-Tree-Person Projective Drawing Test and the Family Kinetic Drawing Test. Using references from your local university library, you conclude that your client has significant anxiety, sexual pre-occupation and has suffered some type of trauma.     The last step in the training process is to conduct an evaluation. The organization’s training department and managers are interested in knowing whether the new training program met its goals and objectives. They are also curious about the trainees’ reaction to the new training, as well as how much learning has occurred.

    When evaluating the training program for your organization, consider the following questions:

    • How will the training be evaluated?
    • How will effectiveness of the training program be assessed?
    • Were the training needs identified correctly?
    • Did the training program meet all the training objectives?
    • Did the training program gain the learner’s attention and motivate the learner?

Write a four to six (4-6) page paper in which you:

Purpose of Assignment

In Week 1, students are introduced to the ten fundamental principles on which the study of economics is based. Throughout this course, the students will use these ten principles to better develop their understanding of economics and how society manages its scarce resources. Students will see how markets work using supply and demand for a good to determine both the quantity produced and the price at which the good sells. The concepts of equilibrium and elasticity are used to explain the sensitivity of quantity supplied and quantity demanded to changes in economic variables. Students will see how government policies impact prices and quantities in markets.
